Bella Jewel's "Bestie" is the fifth tale in the Joker's Wrath MC series, but you can read it as a standalone, I did. Molly's boyfriend breaks up with her and she's a mess. She's just going through the motions for a bit. One day at the store she sees Roman, a man she's seen at a few gatherings. They chat and she recognizes something in his eyes... pain. They change numbers and see if they can be friends. What they end up with is a best friend in each other. Can a man and a woman be just friends? What happens when his ex comes back into the picture?
